Pour notre prochaine randonnée, nous vous proposons une magnifique balade vers un lieu mythique des calanques de Cassis. Nous marcherons le long de la côte de Port Miou à Port Pin via la Pointe de Cacau. A Port Pin nous déjeunerons et nagerons si le temps le permet. Le retour se fera par le même chemin jusqu’à Port Miou (et sa longue perspective de bateaux blancs…). N’oubliez pas vos maillots de bain, votre crème solaire, un chapeau et de bonnes chaussures de randonnée.
For our next hike we will walk along the mythical Calanques of Cassis We will follow the coastline from Port Miou to Port Pin via la Pointe Cacau. At Port Pin we will have lunch and a swim. Then we will return by the same path to Port Miou giving you a chance to admire again the yachts, etc… Don’t forget your swimsuit, sun-block, a hat and hiking boots.
Lunch: Bring a picnic lunch. Dogs: Okay Difficulty: 4 Length: 3 hours + lunch + swim Driving Directions: See below Meeting point: Directly at the start of the hike at 9.45am. (Parking is limited and can be busy, carpool where possible and please be on time to ensure parking place in car park). Directions: From Aix take the A8 direction Nice. After the peage (toll) at Pont d’Etoile, take the A52 direction Aubagne/Toulon and then the A50 towards Toulon. Exit at junction 6 e Carnoux/Cassis. Take the D41E through the town and continue a few km after Carnoux in the direction of Cassis. In Cassis follow the direction “centre ville” and then “la plage du Bestouan, la Presqu’île”. Follow the signs “la Presqu’île”and look for a sign for Port Miou by foot. Turn right (at the large green sign) on “Avenue des Calanques” (ignore the no entry/sauf riverains signs. Turn left and go down to car park at the end of Port Miou.
